Once your payment has been successfully processed, your entries will be listed within the “History” section of your Planet of Dreams account.

Please note that our system can take up to 15 – 20 minutes (when the site is very busy) before you receive a confirmation email and can view your entry numbers within your account.

Rest assured, if your payment was successful, you will be entered into the draw, and your entries will be displayed as soon as our system processes them.

Confirmation emails can take up to 15–20 minutes to arrive when the site is busy, so it’s worth waiting a little longer before worrying.

If it still hasn’t arrived, check your spam or junk folder first – confirmation emails sometimes end up there. You can also check your History page, which will show your entry as soon as it’s processed, even if the email is delayed.

If you still can’t see your entry after 20 minutes, drop us an email and we’ll take a look.

You can update this by using a new payment method when making a transaction on Planet of Dreams. You will have the option of ticking the checkbox labelled “Save card details for future payments at checkout”.

If you wish to view and delete other payment methods, you can do so via your “Billing page” when you are logged into your account.

All entries to our draws are final, and we’re unable to offer refunds once an entry has been made, except in two situations: if your entry was submitted after the draw’s closing date, or if we cancel the draw itself.

If either of these applies to you, please get in touch with our team and we’ll sort it out.

We often live stream our draws – especially the big car giveaways – on our Instagram and TikTok.

We usually go live around 15 minutes before the draw (typically around 8:45pm), and the winner is chosen and contacted live at 9pm.

If you miss a draw, you can watch it back on our Instagram and TikTok.

When you win a prize, you will receive an email to the email address you signed up to Planet of Dreams with. This prize will also be displayed when you next log into your account.

You can always check by visiting your Wins page in your account, which lists all the prizes you’ve won.

We would strongly recommend that you check the postal address in your Planet of Dreams account is accurate as we will send your prize to this address.

We’ll try to contact you by email or phone using the details on your account. If we can’t reach you within seven working days of the draw, your prize will unfortunately be forfeited and we’ll select an alternative winner.

To make sure you don’t miss out, please keep your contact details up to date and check your email (including your spam or junk folder) regularly after entering a draw.

If you’d like to request a cash alternative for a prize you’ve won, let us know as soon as possible. Your winning email will confirm whether a cash alternative is available, along with the exact deadline – you’ll have three full days from winning to get your bank details to us, by 11:59pm on the deadline date shown in your email.

Simply reply directly to the winning email with your bank details, or contact us from the email address you use to log into your Planet of Dreams account.

Please note that once the deadline shown in your email has passed, we can only offer you the physical prize.

Certain prizes are fulfilled quicker than others. If you have won a prize which contains Boosts then these are typically added to your account within a couple of days. Cash alternatives, cash prizes, and vouchers are typically fulfilled within a week.

Physical prizes are typically fulfilled within 2–3 weeks, though it can sometimes take up to 4–6 weeks. In some situations, we are waiting on the delivery from our suppliers which can impact how quickly we can then send the prize to you.

We will send you a dispatched email once we have confirmation your prize has been processed at the Post Office.

If you have not received your prize within 4 weeks, feel free to drop us an email and we’ll be able to provide you with an update.

You can edit these details by visiting the “Personal” and “Address” pages when you’re logged into your Planet of Dreams account.

At the moment, the email address on your account can’t be changed once you’ve signed up. If you’ve made a mistake or need to switch to a different email, please contact support@planetofdreams.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do.

You can close your account at any time from your account settings – this deactivates it. Where you’ve entered a draw that’s already taken place, we’re not able to fully delete the associated data, as it needs to be retained to keep our draws fair, auditable and accurate. Instead, deactivating unsubscribes you from all correspondence, logs you out, and removes any entries you’re holding for upcoming draws. In every other respect, it works just like a deletion.

A deactivated account can be reactivated simply by logging back in whenever you’re ready. If you’d rather not have that option – for example, if you want a firmer break – email support@planetofdreams.co.uk and we’ll suspend your account instead. A suspended account can only be reactivated by contacting our team.

You can cancel a Dreamcatcher subscription from within the Billing area of your Planet of Dreams account. Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken.

As entries are paid in advance, your subscription will remain active until the final draw within your current 30-day period – this ensures you keep the entries you’ve already paid for.

After this point, your account will be downgraded automatically, and you’ll receive a confirmation email when this happens.
